What counts as a decision?
One brief, recommended end to end — from intake through the checked recommendation and its report. Re-running scenarios on an existing decision does not consume another one.
What does Start free include?
Three decisions a month on one decision type, with summary output and two seats — enough to try Mongeflow on a real decision before paying for one.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly at the listed price. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the end of the billing period. Payment and tax are handled by our payments provider, and you can cancel any time.
How are recommendations checked?
Every recommendation is checked against your business rules before it reaches you, and each report carries the impact, the confidence, and the evidence behind it.
What are the API rate limits?
Starter 30, Professional 120, and Enterprise 600 requests per minute, with X-RateLimit headers on every response.
Can I add another decision type to Starter?
A per-type add-on exists for Starter — contact us and we will set it up with you.
Is the interface available in French?
Yes. The interface is available in English and French — reports and exports follow the language you work in.
