Terms of service

The terms governing access to and use of the Mongeflow service, operated by LEXINTELI LLC.

Last updated: 2 August 2026

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between LEXINTELI LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States ("Mongeflow", "we"), and the customer accepting them ("you"). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.

The service

Mongeflow turns written operational briefs into structured decisions: it shows what it understood, what is missing, what it assumed, which option it recommends, and which checks passed. The service produces recommendations with evidence — it does not make decisions for you.

Accounts and organizations

You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Organization administrators control membership and roles. Information you provide must be accurate.

Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, which acts as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and already-billed fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Plan capabilities and limits are those published on the pricing page at the time of purchase; we enforce them in the product as published.

Your data

You own your customer content — briefs, uploaded files, and the decisions produced from them. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide, secure, and support the service. We do not use customer content to train AI models. Data handling is described in the privacy policy and, for GDPR customers, the data processing addendum.

Acceptable use and confidentiality

Use of the service is subject to the acceptable use policy. Each party will protect the other's non-public information with reasonable care and use it only as needed to perform under these terms.

Model output and human responsibility

Recommendations are produced from the inputs, rules, and assumptions shown with them, and are checked before they are shown — but they remain decision support, not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations and for the decisions you act on. Nothing in the service is legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.

Intellectual property and feedback

We own the service and everything in it other than your customer content. If you send feedback, we may use it without restriction or obligation.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms or the acceptable use policy, for non-payment, or where required by law — with notice and a chance to cure where practical. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and closing your account. On termination, your data is handled as described in the privacy policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenues; and our total liability under these terms is capped at the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your customer content or your use of the service in violation of these terms or applicable law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes informally through the contact channels below.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the product or by email, and the date above revised. Questions: contact LEXINTELI LLC via the contact page, by mail at 8 The Green #13599, Dover, DE 19901, United States, or by phone at +1 302 620 2550.
