What we are building

Operational decisions get made every week — staffing, dispatch, allocation, procurement, rollout. Most of them happen in a spreadsheet, a meeting, and a hope that no one was wrong. We think those calls deserve a system: a place to describe the problem, see what's known and what's missing, compare the options that matter, and hand the decision over so the team can execute.

Who it is for

Operations leaders, planners, and cross-functional teams who already do this work — and want to do it better, faster, with less guesswork. Mongeflow respects what they already know about the work. The product is in business language. The output is something a team can actually use.

How we build

We document only what works. We name only what shipped. We don't invent customer logos, savings figures, or compliance claims to make a marketing page feel heavier. If you read a number on this site, it's either an example clearly framed as such, or it's true.
